Ken Wright
President
Ken Wright’s construction career spans over thirty years. Ken’s career follows a family tradition of construction professionals tracing back three generations.

After college and several years in the field Ken made the decision to pursue a contractor’s license and becoming a contractor. That goal was achieved in the early 80’s when he started a roofing and painting company in San Diego, CA. That company was sold in the early 90’s. Ken returned to his home state of Arizona and entered the commercial/industrial contracting.

He opened a steel fabricating and erection company. In 2000 Ken had an opportunity to sell that company and join a large General Contracting firm. He accepted this opportunity and for the next fourteen years served at a senior level executive. During this time, he oversaw projects that ranged in value from three million to 60 million.

This depth of experience makes Ken uniquely qualified to understand the complexities and challenges of his clients. Cash flow is the life blood to any successful business. Cash flow has traditionally been a challenge for the construction industry. Typically driven by pay when paid contract terms.
Ken has applied his many years of experience to providing a seamless solution to solving this systemic problem. He and his team opened the doors to Contractors Capital Solutions in 2014.
Lysa brings 20 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry to Contractors Capital Solutions. Her tenure was earned at Wells Fargo & Company where she worked in the Southwest region, leading strategies in the Affluent Market and Community Bank.
Prior to WF & Co, she began her career in the Building and Design Industry in So Cal, earning her degree at FIDM in Los Angeles. As an interior designer, Lysa worked in Residential, Commercial and Hospitality sectors and served as Treasurer and Vice President of her local ASID Chapter.
Her professional background has brought Lysa full circle to lead the operations of CCS, demonstrating a keen sense of balancing Risk, Service to clients and Profitability to the shareholders. As a Principal in CCS, this perspective is invaluable to the success of the company. She is an active member of the CFMA and IFA.
Lysa calls Scottsdale her home and enjoys the outdoor recreation this area brings while spending time with family and friends.

Megan LaVesseur

​Megan Was born and raised in the construction industry. Starting odd as AKD doing CAP drafting helping her dad with drawings. This inspired her to pursue a degree from ASU and graduate Summa cum laude. With her architectural degree and launches he career in the construction industry. She’s held positions at various construction firms ranging from architectural drawing to project coordination and management.
